InexMaps provides a browser-based tool for creating, customizing, and exporting interactive USA maps. You may use the Service for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The InexMaps application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the creator and protected by copyright. The map SVG data used is based on publicly available US geographic data.
Map files you export from InexMaps using your own data are yours to use freely for personal or commercial purposes. You may embed, publish, or share them without restriction.
The builder is free to use. A one-time payment is required to download or export a finished map file. Payment is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
Each export purchase is valid for a single download. License keys issued upon purchase are single-use and non-transferable.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are generally final once an export has been delivered.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InexMaps and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.
