Refund Policy

Short version: Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. If something went wrong on our end, we will always make it right.

Digital Products — General Rule

All purchases on InexMaps are for digital goods (exported map files and license keys). Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," all sales are final by default.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Your purchase was processed but the export or license key was never delivered.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • The exported file is corrupted or completely unusable due to a bug on our side.

When We Will Not Issue a Refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading the export.
  • You purchased the wrong product (please contact us before purchasing if unsure).
  • The license key has already been activated and the export was successfully downloaded.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via the email on our website within 14 days of your purchase with your order number (provided by Lemon Squeezy in your receipt email). We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Desktop App

For desktop application purchases, refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the software cannot be installed or launched on your supported operating system due to a bug, and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue.
